Speaker Tells SNP to Stop Clapping

In Holyrood, MSPs clap to shoe agreement.  In the house of Commons they don't.  The SNP needed a reminder of this simple fact and the need to show respect from the speaker of the House John Bercow.

He is clearly slapping them down immediately to make a clear point.

Greece Makes a Debt Repayment

In spite of all the speculation and sabre rattling, Greece made a 750m euro interest payment to the IMF today.

The Greek finance minister has been warning that Greece will run out of cash in a couple of weeks.  Europes finance ministers are meeting to talk about the next tranche of 7bn euros being released.

The Greek government is unwilling to concede to making the reforms demanded.
