London mayor Boris Johnson has come out in favour of voting no in the upcoming EU referendum. Perhaps as a result during David Camerons' statement in the house of commons there was a jibe or two directed his way.
Johnson seemed to suggest a no vote would enable further renegotiation and a 2nd referendum. Cameron is not as keen on that and claims it is not possible. However it is hard to believe if the vote is no that there won't be an attempt at further renegotiation and a further vote.
